so watanabe is trash and all and my standards for semes get lower and lower every day, but i am interested in his character development for once, especially by what he did at the end of ch 7. usually all you see is oh look this man betrayed me and he apologizes and the uke accepts and its all YAY and it is SO unsatisfying, but ? this time it looks like the seme is trying to deal with his emotional issues??? actually trying to face yuuki and get some fucking closure??
like hazuki's strong fucking rejection and him saying that the reason he's feeling so awful is bc watanabe is scum and he didn't do anything wrong is SO POWERFUL and i love that he did that!! and with this latest chap you can see that hazuki's trying to get over it in a healthy way, but watanabe is fucking suffering which he deserves but instead of blindly asking hazuki to take him back or whatever he's actually starting to reflect?? think about his past and what made him the trash he is today?? (hopefully) dealing with his past heartbreak to get closure so he can move on???
