Have read this one for so many times and its still so good. I love that even though it has a hard storyline (you know, mafia thing, killing, and trauma), it still was able to wrap romance nicely without the need of violent r*pe scenes and all the toxic miscommunication. What do you expect from the makers of “Our Sunny Days.” Just pure love on these works!!!
Is it as healthy and consensual as Our Sunny Days? Like no dubcon of none of that?
Our Sunny Days is on another level as it tackles a more lighthearted theme and setting like slice of life but A Thousand Cranes is quite heavy so I’m not sure with “healthy” but all love scenes were consensual thus no r*pes whatsoever.
I mean healthy relationship, not story. I actually don’t really read fluff or slice of life as Sunny Days is quite an exception for me. I really like angst or action etc. darker themes too, I just care about relationship between characters being healthy. I can’t stand dubcon or straight up non-con (like 99% of Yaoi’s have), if they wanna make it toxic then either both sides are or none. Doesn’t work other way. So yeah, I was only asking if their relationship is healthy and consensual
