Yea sure gonna be kinda long but m gonna tell you what happened in the first chapter but recommend you to read it m enjoying it tbh well Xie Lian was the beloved crown prince of the Xian Le Kingdom, known for his kindness and strong desire to save the world. At the young age of 17, he ascended to godhood for the first time due to his immense virtue and heroism( kinda something happened to be specific but don't wanna spoiled in case you wanna read it ). His second ascension ended in failure after a mental breakdown led him to destroy a temple, cementing his image as a "laughingstock" among the gods and leading to his second fall( i didn't believe he did that too like he's such a cutie in manhua hh)
So for 800 years, Xie Lian wandered the mortal realm, enduring poverty and humiliation while continuing to help others through small acts of kindness. Despite all his hardships, he never gave up on his desire to do good. Ah yea to mention in the novel they kinda describe well how he was living as the prince and was lived by his people, and what is the event that exactly made him ascended to the god realm the first time, how miserable he was when he couldn't save his people when the war (yea forgot go mention it )and the plague happened, and how he was living after he descended , so kinda of a lot of details.
And if your thinking about how and what plague it was n why it happened it was bcoz of
"Hua Cheng" or "San lan"
Actually xie lian was a god with a lot of good luck....untill one day as he was saving a kid from Fallin which was Hua Cheng..... All of the good luck was taken by hua Cheng meanwhile Hua cheng's badluck was taken by Xia lian. Both their luck got exchnge in that encounter.
Now if you ask why Hua Cheng had bad luck, it was bcoz of his birth day and year. You can google it bcoz I don't remember the detailedddd version of his bad luck ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Technically the main plot ended already, it’s mostly side stories now. Like people said before it gives you some comfort and cleansing from all dark angsty stories that have come out recently.

I understand what you’re saying but to me, personally, I don’t see the author answering any questions relating to the main couple. It seems like most of their issues are resolved and all new problems are for the other “side couples”. 100% the story continues but all the climax is gone about who’s the parent of babies.
yea but there was still the problem of yiyi's red strings and we still don't know much about rourou's powers and such (and i thought there was still some foreshadowing with some of the bitter ah feng family members like the uncle and his sons and his mother). but yea the whose baby issue was resolved long ago fr.

I'm confused about what you mean "the order". Do you mean Novel vs animations vs comic?
Personally I was showed the animation first and then read the webcomic. I bought the novels later, but you can find them online if you look for them.
Probably I'd start off with the novel if you want the most "complete" version of the story, but the comic is also good too, and the animation also isn't bad they just switched up the order of some things.

No problem. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ I think there are some chibi style animations on Youtube that follow a different story or that might act as side stories but I haven't watched those yet. I think there's also an audio drama, and I don't know whether or not that follows the story or is different. (Probably the same). The Untamed (the live action adaptation), also follows the main story with some variations.
