they did go on a usual post season hiatus but shortly after they went on hiatus again and changed their schedule to regular hiatus every week because the symptoms of her disease have intensified. she said before that sometimes it's hard for her to even draw another line and she feels like her head is abt to drop from her neck. it's serious but she still tries her best to continue making the manhwa, have some respect

a good story that doesn't feel like pure pwp. it's still full of cliche elements but it feels like a complete story that isn't super frustrating with constant retconning and addition of last minute elements to tie the plot together. it's clear the author had planned out the entire story from the start and it's satisfying to watch all the pieces fall into place, shame i can't say the same for the majority of popular manhwa out there

weirdest depiction of yakuza yet. you can tell the author never even done any research on the topic. seriously, cheetah print tattoo?? does this author really not know the importance of tattoos to the yakuza? at least the lack of gaudy, flashy suits was explained. will keep reading in hopes everything else will be explained too

depsite being cliche, i had hope it'd still turn out good. gave up on that halfway through tho. characters like joy and jooyoung felt too flat, dahye's arc felt too rushed, yuna went from lovable moe to downright unbearable. it might have been the fault of time/chapter constraints but it just ended up being a lackluster story overall.
