I didn't really pay attention to it the very first time since i read too many manhwa at the same time i forgot some of the scenes, but now that i think about it, i always thought that doram at least has a background privilege family to read and access books that's why when he first met his teacher, he already read a few books. These past few chapters made it clear that doram at least from middle to upper class family or at least influential, like from a devoted believer whom from generation to generations being a "servant" to God.
