She's not a kid, do you not remember that she time leaped?

she might as well be, she was stuck in that place for years with no way out and abused, ir would be difficult to progress mentally and it makes sense that she still thinks like a kid even now

That just staates the fact that she did not grew with all those years and she even had a second chance but she is fucking wasting it.

Honestly, her character would've been a bit more bearable and sympathetic if the author didn't run around in circles showing off how helpless and bullied she is. I think it's understandable why she is the way she is, but I'm mad that she isn't getting any space to be more than a traumatized little girl.

she hasn’t experienced a life outside of being imprisoned and the life now, of course she’s gonna hold onto her father and do whatever it takes to be saved. instead of blaming her, blame the adults. they’re the ones who let her go back to the count’s house, saw the house on fire, and still told her to go back. they know that she is being treated badly there yet they’re the ones telling her. she of course has to trust them, she has no one else. she’s doing what she thinks is best, and she’s not aware of how bad it is because she hasn’t had that outside experience

But at the same time the adults also have no option. They can't take her because he'll be charged with kidnapping, arrested, imprisoned and she would just end up back with that bastard and his family. She can't live by herself because as everyone in this thread has stated, she has no idea how to fend for herself because she was imprisoned literally her whole life so the only thing she can do for the time being is ho back to them. Its only for a short time and it may hurt but in the long run, this is the easiest and best way for things to go as smoothly as possible.

But its a valid excuse. You say she could have just chosen to grow up but she couldn't! You are acting like she had contact with the outside world when she didn't. None at all. Thats like taking a person who has never seen the ocean, lake or any large body of water before and saying that they're stupid because they don't know how to swim. She never had a teacher, no book to read that would have teached her to fend for herself and kept her locked up so she had no contact with anyone from outside. He literally made it so that she had no way to live by herself or try to escape because she knew absolutly nothing. This isn't someone who transmigrated from our world and not someone who had a normal life the first time. If she knew nothing before she will know nothing now. I don't know if you expected her to be some super genious who would immediately learn everything the moment she came back but sorry no, thats not how this works sir.

I'm talking abt her previous life

you can’t blame her though. her mentality couldn’t progress properly in her previous life because she was abused mentally/physically. that takes a toll on you. not everyone will respond to trauma/abuse the same way. while other fl might be able to over come it, others might not and it might take awhile for them to get better. does that make them stupid? not at all. was she stupid in her previous life? not at all. she was going through something.
