Hey I want to ask something . . I'm at chp 23 and I'm soo confused like ik FL turned back to her youth but her disciplines seems became old too but they turned young as well ?? And that swordmaster Duke is also old as FL right?? But looks young??

Not sure if I’m right but the King or emperor is able to change his appearance to look younger. And for the duke it might be the same for him.

The duke has transcended swordmaster that's why he looked young, he physically stopped aging.
