So obviously Keith never going around saying his full name after the incident with that kid. Henry know that name, so yeah. This point makes us questioning either to trust Henry or not. Because his backgrounds is strong to make him the bad guy for a revenge.

But seriously I hope the author won't ruin the story by making it teacher x student, I literally came here for Nakamura and how he'll navigate his teenage life and romace with his crush (I'm not even wishing for them to be the end game since I view this as life experiences of Nakamura) not for teacher x student trope. But if ever the mangaka will touch upon that subject I hope they'll execute it well and does not justify that what the teacher's doing is okay and right (if he really did and all of this is just a big misunderstanding since that kinda thing is also popular with other romace story).
