He does have a reason though? He's insecure about always being dumped, always being left behind, not being good enough. It's normal to feel like that at times. Especially when it's a cycle that keeps repeating.

Happy ending? A child was forced to take responsibility for ALL of his father's shitty behavior while his father left him behind, for that reason, even though he loves him SOOOOOOO much, because he's such a cowardly b****, and that's a happy ending?

If you or anyone else reading this think I'm claiming that he wasn't responsible at least in part please do feel free to go back and re read what I typed, paying SPECIAL attention to the word all, which I completely capitalized.After all, Jin was not a psychppath. If he were, once on the path his father put him on he would havdvNEVRR been able to turn back, especially not because of love, which psychopaths are mostly incapable of, anyways. No, his father was a psychopath and he drew Jin into his 'hobby' was because he was a young child who loved his father and didn't know the difference between right and wrong at that age. The only reason I can see as to why he enjoyed it was because he wanted to share in the activities of his beloved dad. But he is responsible because he chose to listen to his father instead if his mother. At that specific point it was a choice, as much of a choice a child that age CAN make, to help his father over the objections of his mother, whom he claimed to love way more than his father.

Also, I hope people aren't also going to claim that just because I don't think it's a happy ending I didn't enjoy the story on some level, and therefore claim I shouldn't have read it if I didn't like it?
