You'll get different feelings when you reading it , but it's amazing story.

There is rape but it isn’t glorified or showed but rather mentioned by the other characters. It pertains to plot and the characterization of the main character. It’s used to accentuate his trauma.
There is a happy ending and I’ll leave it there :)
There’s kinda a love triangle but not really. I can’t really explain it. The main characters love interest dates other women to get information which upsets the main character a lot and causes like 80% of the issues. So I’d say yes to a love triangle but not a typical one.
