No shade to the mangaka or anything but I feel like tge art style changed.... for the worst
In some cases a long running serialization makes it so the art style turns more "anime-esque" (the bigger eyes, more defined lines), mostly since it takes less time to draw. Whether that's a downgrade or not is up to personal taste but unfortunately I don't think we'd get so far in the story without any changes in the art style
I know I shouldn't complain but it's making it hard for me to keep reading this manga even tho I like it :/

I'm just curious about some basic biological anatomy. Do you appear like a male or female to people who doesn’t know about you? Do you menstruate like a regular female or would you be able to lactate if you ever get pregnant? Things like that.
Well I appear as a female (a really tall one) since I have some chest I was raised as a girl and people always assumed I was a girl anyways, but I'm actually more male, I do not have a uterus so I don't menstruate and I can't get pregnant, I also have really weak bones, I don't grow any body hair, I don't sweat and I sound like a little boy. I hope this helps
You should read - IS Otoko Demo Onna Demo Nai Sei, it has short stories about intersex and the main story was good.
