Save Me
What a plot twist?! It was not like it was unexpected but the way the author gradually led the story to reveal the basis of the plot..the beginning of it all was very smart. It made you look back and be like "ahh i see" to the madness that was taking place from earlier. Also, the fact that there was actual help being given to the psychopathic behaviours of the character by the end was such a huge relief since I was really worried for him and his future (you'll know who the character I'm talking abt is when you read it). All in all, a very good psychological manhwa and def recommend checking out.
Blood Strangers
The prettiest work to ever exist omg i absolutely adore the small master and his goofy lil self with his cute lil smile. Totally smitten by the plot of it all and the various misshapen adventures the two doofuses go on. A really nice touch that the author wrote in the background of the characters and why they act the way they do in the middle of the story. The 2nd half really went all out on the past life of the vampires and the effect it's having on their present selves. The ending literally had me wishing it wasn't so but was also a very beautiful moment..truly a sight to behold.
The Spooky Love Tale of Gongchan Seol
I love how open-minded this comic is. You have the (in the closet) gay guy, the christian guy, the aloof guy, the doctor and the open gay guy. Summed up with the supernatural phenomenon, provided a funny yet practical base for the characters to come together. Also, this is personal but i was hoping to read abt a character who fell in love easily and was promiscuous but not in the sexual way, which yeon-in fulfilled for me and made me very satisfied haha. One more thing which i really appreciated what the author did was how unrestrictedly they made their characters talk about their feelings and sexual orientation which i think many comics tend to avoid explicitly mentioning or not admitting for whatever reason(internalized homophobia i see u). Would absolutely love to see the author make some more works with their witty humor and great character palette.
