I'm merely saying the act taking place. Not someone's enjoyment of it. If my wording implied their enjoyment was illegal I could of rephrased it better.

No, let's just make creacting fiction illegal because it involves real life issues and it makes people butt-hurt, forcing them to constantly remind us in the comments how horrible and scandalous each part of the plot is, because they can't separate it from reality.

why are you being so rude about this? OP was literally just mentioning how it is illegal when a scene happens irl and even apologized on how he mightve come off . And for the record, people have the right to feel uncomfy about such scenes no matter how much others like it or whether this is written in fanfic or not. There's such thing called "representation " which makes ppl feel frustrated if scenes like these keep happening bc it has the tendency to be normalized both in fiction and irl.

When the two of them are drunk then it's not, is just two dumbasses being stupid, illegal would be one of them still being sober having sex with the drunk one (And the uke in this story looks like he's drunk too, so meh). And I totally agree with the person right above about fiction making people uncomfortable sometimes.

Only one of them is almost blackout drunk. Reread the waiting for the taxi scene is clearly had only one drink is otherwise sober while he recounts his new experiences. Not that this plot is essentially going that route but if one person is clearly drunker than the other which is very much the case here and is incoherent or making decisions centered from their drunkenness, that person isn't of sound mind to consent to sex. Sure their actions can say otherwise but is murky area that usually allows date rape rapists to operate in real life as alcohol is number one drug used to facilitate lowering one's inhibitions and reaction time. And In especially in BL at least that I've seen more so than Yuri and shojou this is the method of choice for authors to escalate sex between characters despite it's harmful trivializing and wrongful depiction of drunken sex equating to consensual sex regardless of the different types of drunken sex that exist and the circumstances that surround them to equal a drunken mistake versus taking advantage of a partner.
