typesetter is a person who arranges text and pictures for the story before its publication. in scanlation groups it is someone who types text into speech bubbles and backgrounds. as for other people: cleaners literally 'clean' pictures, for example they get rid of sfx in a translated language so there can be space for the ones in a target language; proofreaders check if there aren't any typos and quality checkers make sure that the overall quality of work is acceptable. hope this helps (≧∀≦)
