I think that Woowon probably already had some form of PTSD. As someone with PTSD, some people have the 'fuck it, we ball' attitude, or are in too much of a survival mode to process anything, while some people are like Seo an, where it actively impacts their daily life in many ways.

I honestly love how honest and straightforward this girl is, she catches on to things and doesn't let you get the wrong idea. But still, that delusional, obsessive, psycho dude is forcing up himself when he's been rejected.
