On what levels of depressing do you want it? Bleak with no hope of happiness or daunting but preserving. There are times where I think a characters situation/environment is pretty fucking depressing but they live and (might) get better

Ahhh, there certainly are Isekai with no happy endings but unfortunately I've personally avoided them so I don't know their titles you should copy and paste your question to the forums again and hope someone answers the next time
