Ah i got turned off by the characters looking alike, but over time u get to know them and it gets easy to differentiate from them since they’re really different from each other

Can someone explain the purpose of that water bottle? I'm a bit confused and it's possibly due to the fact that I'm half-awake atm haha
I'm pretty sure he drugged it
From what I remember, he dropped some pills inside the bottle, not sure for what purpose, though.
I think a few chapters ago, when he asked the guy to buy him cigarettes, he used it to see how long it took the guy to leave the room, go out and buy them and come back, to get an idea of how far or not he is from the outside.

i think he put sleeping pills. a few chapters ago he said that if he put him to sleep he can get the keys out of him
true, he said that, but he also said that there were no sleeping pills in the first aid kit in the room and was irritated that the guy had thought of even that, so I don't think he drugged the water
It's water and milk and it's a timer no drug here.
