Many years ago when I first started this manga, I truly find the characters unique esp Souichi. I did find him cute being tsundere and can't figure out his feelings towards Morinaga.
But it's finally become exhausting for me to read the struggles that Morinaga faced. I would say I am bias towards Morinaga because I have also been in a relationship similar to theirs and I was like Morinaga, the one who keeps holding on to the person that we hold dear even if the other person threw off tsundere shits (they love you even they could treat you kindly. They would do anything for you though) and finally I decided to split. The breakup was a huge deal for me, I cannot get over it until just recently. I started to accept that it's fine to love a person just from afar, if that makes them happier :)
