Male omega's do produce milk, but their chests don't get as big as a woman's. I also once read that the alpha's partner can also produce milk to help their omega, but it could be only depending on the manga.
Also males have to have C-sections when giving birth.

Well I have seen parts where babies suck on a guy, but normally it's just a cute accident and not in the Omegaverse. So sadly not that I know of do they have males feeding their kids.
