I read it a WHILE ago when Attack on Titan was still in it's prime. So maybe, 4-5 years ago? The theme was reincarnation and the only thing I can remember is Eren was reincarnated as a Japanese High schooler and Levi was reincarnated as an American Pilot in the 1940's. The ending involves levi dropping a bomb or taking a dive towards Eren. I think you can see where this is going. It's incredibly tragic and made me cry but I am unable to find it since there are SO MANY out there.
