My theory is that this site has been blocked by the said internet providers as they have been actively blocking 'malicious' and 'illegal' sites these past few years.
Fortunately, you can still use mobile data or use pocket wifi (like what I'm doing) to access the site. Though I don't really recommend it, you can also use VPN to solve your problem if mobile data is not that good in your area.

you can use VPNs to fix it, it's apparently happening due to globe blocking the site (i think?).

Sadly, I don't know any good VPN. I'm currently alternating between using my pocket wifi and mobile data to read.
