not a manhwa but its a korean bl novel where mc is reincarnated as the omega villain who tortured the og uke and is like obsessed with all the three semes who hates him and the mc moves to a countryside to do farming and avoid all the original main characters. i think there was also a misunderstanding where the semes thought that mc was terminally ill
