Nope, if I remember right he's the mistress's kid. And I suppose, to hide the crazy abusive woman, Siwoon's father got her into an asylum. That's the picture. And he took Siwon to pose as his healthy legitamate heir while the true heir is receiving treatment for what looks like a terminal illness.
