Either the author abruptly dropped the work or the scan team did bc ch27 still ends with a “to be continued”. And I still can’t get over how the story keeps brushing aside “yeah we abducted and tortured children, even killing some, buuuuuut we feel a little bad about it now?” Why even include those characters or plot line if it’s resolved with a “my bad”.
