No the fake cult sacrificed royal blood - sute. So he's no more! And that called real God. Fake cult didn't know who they're summoning - which God specifically. But it's turned out it's Anubis in whom ml believed in. It was shown way before that ml/ mehemis didn't believe in any God except Anubis.
He looks like mc most probably because it's not anubis' true form but he adapted to look alike people around him in that era. I could be wrong but that's what I thought
