I LIKE the Prince, and a lot of you would too if you actually considered the fact that because of the alternate timelines and the subsequent alternate reality, he is NOT THE SAME PERSON as the cruel version of himself and never will be. That, and the fact that her other options are inadequate and the author knows that.

Allendis is a creep, and that's a fact. He's been creepy and manipulative from the very moment he's met Tia, and I don't do yandere second male leads (they tend to try to kill everybody, FL included—don't act like, if it came down to it, he wouldn't try to kill Tia's father if he got in the way). He creepy, manipulative, and obsessive to the point of ridiculousness.

And Carsein, though i love the fiery red head, is too immature. The author placed him there to lessen her dependency on Allendis, and I enjoy that. Because he is so immature, she couldn't help but see him in a brotherly way. And while he matures as he ages, he is still way less mature than every other character his age in this manga. They simply were never meant to be anything more than friends with a close sibling relationship.

I like the prince. I like his character design, i like that he has experienced some growth and got to be more open about his emotions (slowly but surely) and, more importantly, he's the only reasonable option out of the two extra male leads that the author created.

Now, if there was another character who was better than all three of them, I would be down: say, a cool and level headed type character, who was interested in her but not in a yandere way, and had the power to upsurp the throne (like a second prince) then I would be down. But, that won't be happening and, out of all the options the author has presented us, I LIKE the prince.

    Absolutely!
I must say I really love to see how much the prince has grown and changed from the version he was in the parallel universe. (=・ω・=)

I think it would be best if she just stayed with her dad. Cause he's the best out of all of them combined. NGL

I suppose I'm the only one who doesn't mind, or notice, the translation? I think my brain auto fixes it, cause i didn't notice until i finished reading and read the comments.

I love how everybody who hate the seme is so excited to see him back. I also love that the author said this would be the final season and it would be light, cause i dont think i'd be able to take it.

I cant believe i actually lived to see the day that this story progressed, and now she KNOWS. I've been reading this since i was 12 (21 going on 22 now), and got tired of the fact that nothing was happening and honestly wanted it to end but now that development is actually happening im so excited. FINALLY.

    xalkri February 24, 2020 11:10 am

I don't think she was running away in fear, because she wanted Emiel to chase after her. I think she was running away from the look she saw on his face, the shock, horror, and heartbreak. And she probably felt bad for watching.

    Nao-chan January 27, 2020 11:15 pm

yeah she probably felt like she did a bad thing by watching cs emel didn't wanna show that side of his to her so she is confused how to act i think she will probably apolegize the next time they meet cs she feels quitly.. i think~ヾ(╹∇╹)ノ...

Honestly, I am living for these quick updates and this high quality! This story has easily become one of my faves, i honestly look forward to these updates.

You're being naive. The fact of the matter is, throughout history people have used negative connotations when associated with people with dark skin, calling them evil, etc and positive connotations when associated with people of lighter skin tones. It's a subcategory of racism that developed because of slavery, which is colorism. Now, the problem isn't the fact that she's said to be evil with her dark skin tone, because the dark lord or whatever has the same skin tone and passed that on to her.

The problem lies in the fact that the author changed her skin tone, and suddenly people were less afraid of her, she wasnt viewed as evil, and she was viewed as good. You dont think its racist when the villains have dark skin and the protagonist has white skin? You dont think that perpetuates the idea that people with dark skin are thus evil, and cant be trusted? You see no problem with that? Wild. If she'd kept the dark skin in the end, there wouldnt be outcry like this.

And dont act like asia (yes, basically the whole Asian continent and the countries on that continent), isnt colorist and obsessed with skin lightening, brightening, etc. You're being willfully ignorant.

    Blueboy August 20, 2019 6:05 am

    EXACTLY.
I was so mad and dissapoited when I read THAT part of the LN. I thought she woudl've have at least rejected to offer, cuz seriously it wasnt her skin color that was 'wrong' its the people's view and beliefs. My heart was ready to burst out and punch the daylights of that Light Spirit King

Yeah... I was looking forward to the next chapters until I read this...
Could you maybe edit in a spoiler alert to your conversation so that other won’t find out if they don’t want to?

    I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!!

after I finished reading the manga, I didn't give much thought about it's being racist since there are only 2 chapters and I tried to give it a bit of my doubt. However, after looking through the comments I saw that some believe it's racist and some don't. So I decided to do some more research about the story and read the novel. And yeaaah it's about skin color!

after reading the novel (as of now it had 10 chapters), the author really focus on how her look makes her seen villainess and how she hates her look. It more focus on how her look make people scare of her instead of how her power. when she enrolled in the academy and during the tea party, some bitches was picking on her bc of her looks not bc of her power. If they were afraid of her bc of her power then they won't even able to get close to her bc her power would be too scary for them to approach her. If it's about her power everyone won't be able to get close to bc of her power aura intimidating them. BUT she doesn't have the scary aura that make scared by being near without looking at her like many other "villain" character similar to her.it's not about her power it's her look.

I gave it sooooo much hope when reading this, however when the author change her skin to paler and everyone become relieve when seeing that her skin change. (novel: chapter 10) I was like Yep this is about her skin color.

Damn this author won't cut it if this was written in the west or it's become main stream thing. there would be an overwhelmingly backlashes about this.

it's my opinion after my own research ,,, do ur own research first before forming one.

Wait.... That happens? I as a black person, I was so happy to see a dark skinned protagonist and thought that she was going to change the view of people because that's how all the villainess stories go but.... That's so sad and disappointing.
