Now, I'm not downplaying this manhwa or at least I'm not attempting to since this is my favourite manhwa right now but has anyone noticed the similarities in the characters personalities with Hunter x Hunter.
Lemme just give examples and see if y'all agree with me
White and hisoka.
Both have this sort of perverted side and speak of their targets in a weird manner. Both are hella strong and both wear a profound amount of make-up. Their intentions aren't really known other than them trying to use the mc to gain power because of the mc's large potential.
Gon & Bam
Both are mc's. They don't really know their parents but do know the name of atleast one of their parents. They both have a vast amount of potential. Their fathers are portrayed or atleast are mentioned to be the strongest in their worlds (Bams dad was stated to have power that rivaled if not surpassed Jahad) Both are naturally gifted in terms of Physique and whatever power system is in use
Killua and Khun Aguero and Khun Ran
Both come from well known families but as viewers we don't really know much other than their occupations or rankings in their world. Both are smart and tactical and are both physically gifted due to the nature of their blood. Ran and killua are both lighning nature users and are good with their natures.
Rak, Rak is one of a kind. Don't play with me. Who is as cool as Rak? no one thats who.
Oh and the Rules to their world are sorta similair in the terms that their is a ranking system which you can go higher by completing games or missions. But all in all even though these similarities are there, the characters couldnt be more different in terms of personality and how the story builds. This is why i lke them both and i can easily say that they are both my favourite manga/manhwa. Peace
