I think they could be sisters. The mother took Ruby, who looks like the father. And the father took Grace, who looks like the mother. Idk. And Ms. Hawkins/Watson? Not sure yet about her....however, she was the mother's friend, but the father hates her.
I hope I'm wrong though, bc that drama seems like it'll just be annoying.

spoiler - chapter 21
So let's just assume you can transplant limbs and have actually them work correctly in this manga world:
After killing the father, why not put her limbs back on? Aren't they right there? I guess they're too nice to take the limbs back from the psycho mother who gave birth to her for her limbs.
Maybe the psycho father that they killed is the only one who knows how to do it correctly.
.

True. Especially when using a freaking saw. I mean I suppose... the saw was only for the bone and that he lovingly amputated the limbs with a scalpel (or magic wand) to mitigate the damage. Doesn't look that way though.
Why am I stuck on how illogical this made-up world is? Well, I won't apologise for that.
The pain and emotions are absolutely real though. Unfortunately. Psycho parents who hurt their children should all die. Actually, adults in general who hurt and abuse children should.
That ".......eh?", had me chuckling.
