tbh it feels kinda superficial if he gets with maythan because he fell in love with OG Maythan and not for who maythan is now, because they're not the same people. this is why i dont typically like the reincarnation trope, you always just end up feeling bad for the person who actually owns that body and name because now someone else is living the life they were supposed to.
