The story is your typical action Manhwa (i forgot if it was an Isekai or a ranker typa story) Anyways all I know is that the mc is a guy (super op) and that there was a chapter where he was in a hospital and he got this thing called a "wheel of fortune" smthng and there was actually a dokkaebi in the wheel (idk that's how it goes) I think his hospital room got wrecked at some point anyways I wanna find this coz I remember the dokkaebi was such a hottie please help tysm
