The first is about a family which gets a live-in male housekeeper who wants to be a childrens book illustrator (thats about all I remember, sorry ><)
The second is about a guy who has to buy something in a sexshop because of a dare, and forgets his wallet in the store, and falls in love with the shopkeeper.

Hi! A while ago I started reading this manga, but forgot which one it is. Can anyone help me out?
It is about two friends walking home from a goukon where no attractive girls were. One says to the other that he is more attractive and would rather have sex with him than with any of those girls. So they go to a hotel and have great sex. In a later chapter they go to this sex cafe kind of thing.
