Why not? It is not like they dated. If they were an item and in the process MC falls for sarang it would be kinda ... you know. But here it seems like the twin was the link that connected MC to sarang which is kinda nice. And hopefully this connection allows the twins reconcile. Though I think twin is kinda childish and still stuck in that teenage mentality when it concerns Sarang.
