I thought it was really cool, how the story existed outside of our romance. There was a revolution, there was fraud and some art culture. It starts of like a very typical "I'm mister angel, i have no opinions and no spine and will fall in love with the worst scum plaguing the earth <3", those stories are kind of redundant, because either the scum isn't scummy enough for all the drama, or they're so awful they're unlikable, but that is not the case here. Our dear dickweed has hints of caring about mc, but still isn't willing to abandon revenge for him, then he goes full jackass mode, has a mental breakdown because his bae "left" him and instead of being a dumb walnut and kidnapped him back home, he abandons his rich guy privileges and goes out there to live out the cottagecore lesbian dream.
If there's anything I'd change, I'd wish we saw a bit more of the decent brother who ran off with a maid :)))

This manhwa is driving me insane, it's the standard historical fantasy romance, but with a bit of thriller mixed in to fuck you up. I just feel so bad for the poor mc of the original novel, who was literally brainwashed into risking his life for the temple.
I am not sure what to expect the evil FL to be like, since so far this has been breaking lot of story tropes, so if she ends up being the classy old "I'm obviously evil and all of the main characters can see it. I will at some point throw something at a maid and have a public breakdown" it'll be tad disappointing.
Remember kids, the difference between confidence and insecurity is if you get your ego boost by being yourself or if you get your ego boost by putting down others. I think we can all see what's the case for this rat-in-a-hit-and-run lookalike.

...Now about the last chapter,
I don't think she has romantic feelings for her brother, but it's too weird to chalk it up to young girl discovering her sexuality. I wouldn't even call it possessiveness, since it's not like she wants to do the deed with her brother. I genuinely don't know what the author was going for. The only explanation that makes sense to me is that the sister IS in fact sexually attracted to her brother and just so happens to be a cuckold at the same time, but maybe some things should not be deeply thought about..
I really like how the seme was handled, since the whole "I'm straight, but i fell for you!" thing is getting tiresome. He was clearly stated to be bi, the uke had some biphobia that's rather common and in the end it wasn't treated as a bad thing. I like how there are drag queens, they are funny, but not ridiculed. The fact that he went out of his way to read a book, to know what was troubling his partner was very sweet.
I feel like if you're going to write yaoi or yuri, you should treat the characters as actual gay individuals, instead of "uwu cute guy with another guy". The reason why so many women enjoy yaoi is because there aren't oversexualized women, so when reading yaoi manga you should awknowledge that it's often oversexualized version of gay men. Nothing harmful in enjoying yaoi manga, even the trashy cheesey type, if you make sure not to project those expectations onto real people.
Anyway, sorry for this dumb rant, the manga is great, definitely recommend checking it out ( ◜‿◝ )♡

I love the pairing, but for the love of god, leave the poor man alone. He isn't some rich boy, he studied properly and worked hard just as the rest of them.
It's not like his father helped him get interested in the craft, he just collapsed one day and went "Well either you leave your work and do my work where everyone hates your guts or your a POS and I'm writing you out of my will uwu" and we're all supposed to sit there thinking that they're being reasonable.
