I believe they said that when he went into rut, he did it with a dog. And it is his brother who told him.

His brother didn't force him, he just brought his dog during his first rut, because there was no one to spend the rut with. Chase passed out and nothing happened with the dog. Chase can't really remember what happened, but remembers that a dog was present. Problem is they didn't tell him the truth and Grayson used it to get Chase to the pheromones parties. Chase's unwillingness to spend his rut/releasing his pheromones with anyone causes a big problem, since pheromone accumulation can cause braindamage ( happened to Ashley, so he is strict on his children releasing pheromones regulary with others or by injection).
Chase now has a dog trauma. He is one of the biggest victims of Grayson's attempts to help someone while beeing clueless what damage he causes.

Grayson was born manifested, he is more like an ultra-dominant alpha, but he is unable to understand emotions. So his interactions with others can sometimes turn out really strange.
When he helps others he does what "he" thinks could help, while it can be the opposite for the person who receive that "help". And he is not really aware of it, he is sometimes even offended how ungreatful they are. And Chase is a victim of that.

Well it is fucked up but he really did have good intention and it might have been whats best for Chase tbh.

Also, if Grayson was born as dominant alpha.....doesnt that mean he had to be constantly injected to take care of his pheromones until he started having sex ? That would definitely make him very unemotional about sex as it was always a tool for him to survive.

Yes, but as you said it's still is fucked up (his father was angry about the dog), and led to Chase have a massive trauma and hate him. There were other things, but that wasn't him alone.
The difference is that there is no real malice behind it, and there was the will to really help.

That's why his way of helping can be very problematic. His father was extremely concerned about that. Ashley has all his children chipped and monitored by his secretaries. Grayson has always been the one he was the most concerned about. Grayson releases much more pheromones than his siblings, there is his way of helping, and he reminds him of his father.

Hmm, I don't really know, Nathaniel, Stacy (Grayson's twinsister (fraternal)) and Larien manifested before they were 5, and I can't remember reading them getting injections. And it was later that Nathaniel started to have sex, probably it's not necessary before a certain age?
By the way they did a mistake in the manhwa, when they drew small Chase dressed as a little girl for the chocolate commercial his eyes should have been still blue.

Dane is the 196cm tall, tanned, red haired, firefighter who appears in "kiss me liar" ( in the manhwa check chapter 36+ of the main story). He is Josh's friend, they both served in the military for a few years. (His promicuous lifestyle is no joke, that guy tops everything...lol)
Dane is not an normal omega, he is an dominant omega. Which was known for years since the author planned that story a long time ago.
Dominant omegas in the world of the author have controle over their pheromones and can knock out even dominant alphas using them. They are normaly very difficult to indentify, because when tested the result is beta. They are extremely rare and are forced to hide their trait, since they gurantee an dominant alpha 100% dominant offspring. If you read KML you know what happened to Angel. The only known dominant omegas in the authors world are Angel ( Keith's father), "Koi" (Connor, father of the Miller siblings), Bliss (youngest Miller son), Dane, and the one in Kiss the stanger ( I didn't read that one, os not sure about the name).
