The long-term answer is to get on Birth Control if you can.
For me, starting birth control eliminated my period cramps. It also limits the bleeding to the days I take the end-of-the-pack placebo pills and makes it less heavy. I have irregular periods too, so taking birth control lets me predict when the bleeding will start so I can actually wear ...... reply

I had the same situation with my cats a few years ago. Sadly, the only thing that helped was letting them explore the places the dog used to go and let them be disappointed. Around 2 or 3 months ago, everyone's reading lists got deleted. Some stuff was being gradually added back by staff at some point, but I'm not sure if that's still happening.
