Around 2 or 3 months ago, everyone's reading lists got deleted. Some stuff was being gradually added back by staff at some point, but I'm not sure if that's still happening. I can relate to the introvert part. From an introvert's standpoint, you need to learn how to properly judge if people are worthy of your friendship or not. I also get told I talk too much, but I can talk for 4 hours straight with almost anyone. Not small talk either, an actual conversation. I like to call it nerd ranting, but it isn't one-sided since the conversation is kept going by the other person too. I could probably go longer, but the other person or I have always had to leave by the 4-hour mark......   reply

He does seem genuinely concerned about you, based on what you quoted him saying. He seems to consider you a friend at least, separate from having feelings for you. I don't think he's trying to manipulate you or anything. Flash your high beams at them. Sometimes, they just need to know what it feels like. This is especially true with gigantic American pick-up trucks that are on a raised bed and are mirror-finish black, but suspiciously have no mud on them.
