btw he literally confessed to knowing he was ing inseob too when he started talking about 'willful negligence', he's not a good person and that ill never change until author inserts in some major character development and SOON. we also need author to let inseob free himself instead of going in circles - that's what he's been doing throughout the whole manhwa...

well it's exactly as what he said. as a person with APD he has difficulty weighing what's morally right or wrong. that doesn't justify his actions but his mental illness is the main reason why he acts horrible.
