why can we never have some legitimate consequence for this crap. Like in any aspect. If you're going to shove this down my throat can't it at the very least have a lasting, detrimental effect on their relationship if the author HAS to have them end up together??

I mean, the break up box only goes to prove that he still has feelings leftover for He tian. When you're legitimately done, or really trying to make an effort to get over someone, you dump that shit. Or at least that´s how it was for me.
I'm betting on either the knife being replaced or the mage casting some kind of spell, something or other magical event, (yoan, your a** is prob that white mage!!). Both might happen if the knife switch up ends up failing, who knows. All I DO know is that something WILL happen, my senses are tingling.
