I think that the fact that he still doesn't realize that Benjamin is his son because he didn't consider the possibility.
He believe that their first meeting with Isaac was at the flower shop. And it would be impossible to have a 4 year old son with someone you (think) you never met before noh? He still has yet to realize that the omega he hates so much and Isaac is one person. He also trusts Isaac when he claimed that he's a beta.
When the time comes that he'll know, I think that's where he can put piece by piece together and realize that he may have a son and that might be Benjamin.
