I HATE Nakwon!!! He's so selfish!! He's absolutely TERRIBLE!! Like, everyone seems to be feeling for him but he's been nothing but a thorn, no, an earthquake in Mokhaw's life!! Imagine it from his point of view.

This grossly corrupt cop harassed you everyday when you were just trying to get your life together after being imprisoned to get information you don't even have! Then RAPES you, multiple times, for what? Intimidation? And you just had to take it or risk losing everything with the small amount of kindness you got from one lady who is practically a stranger to you. All you want is to run this flower shop of hers and repay that kindness and this dude fucks up everything!!

Then your assaulter and harasser starts to have feelings for you that you would never want in the first place! So, he gives you this ounce of motivated kindness that you're still not used to, and think maybe it's also some sick tactic but since you literally have no choice to be around him because he constantly goes to the one place you felt normal at you indulge him because maybe he'll get it and leave you alone. You're so confused!

Then you end up, probably in a position you knew would be in but saved the one person who helped and cared about you without reason, just because she saw you as a person. This cop comes in, "saving you," yes, but not even aware himself that it's not for YOU it's for HIM! He loses his mind because he is so entangled in his own emotions, as a cop, he should know how to find a pulse and try and save you pet he kills the perp and bashed his hand out of anger then calmed self defensive. BRUH...

You see your gang, wild that your alive but relieved to see people who want the best for you then this cop shows back up out of nowhere and goes off until you get discharged and you find him at your work??? He invites you to a vacation with just him not taking no for answer and you're sicker than a dog. At this point, all you are confused but he hasn't hurt you in a long time so you let him be until the next thing you know, you rejecting him on a date you didn't even consider would be a holiday date, he ends up stabbed and you feel a type a way about it now. This is literally giving Stockholm Syndrome, yet maybe to not that extent but...

You watch over him, you invite him to your home. He insults your meals, your place, how you live because of the circumstances you were given in life.

Now, now he's getting better. Now you feel somewhat relaxed by him since he's injured, he's been docile, he hasn't done anything but make you mildly, to say the least, irritated.

Then he confesses. He cried and confesses. BFFR!!

Not to mention he hasn't changed at all STILL!! Just because he's self aware doesn't mean he's changed completely. He still had the thoughts of taking him. "I thirst for more. Even though he said forget about acting on it, his only desire that he he likes him.

But can't have him. He's acting like a spoiled child. If he really wanted show he loved Mokhaw, he wouldn't has confessed. He would think about Mokhaw's feelings and thoughts. He wouldn't have touched him at all without his consent, not even that hug let alone sucking on his tits. That is SA.

The ONLY thing that stopped Nakwon was Mokhaw. He would have kept going until either his own thoughts realized if he kept on he'd have less of a chance or nothing. He is not thinking of Mokhaw.

I enjoy this story for Mokhaw, his gang members, the flower shop lady, Ms. Kim Jungae. I don't know if this author meant to make a character so irredeemably detestable or what but I have two feelings about awful character. Keep them awful and show that or have their offense be redeemable. His are not.

This is just my opinion and I'm not hating on anyone who likes him or thinks he can be redeemed but 6months is not long enough. He has not suffered enough. He is sickeningly selfish and disgusting and only wants Mokhaw to ease his sick head. If he really loves him and regrets what he did he would stay as far away from Mokhaw as possible, maybe stop being a cop in a position of power. Get therapy. And then, maybe then after years of acceptance maybe he and Mokhaw could reunite in the future where Nakwon doesn't feel so strongly. If you love someone but your toxic and horribly traumatized them, let them go.



TLDR; Nakwon is an irredeemable rapist who is so selfish and caught up in his own head, he can't even see Mokhaw as more than someone he can't have and is having a meltdown over it.
While, Mokhaw doesn't even have an hint of a clue wtf is up with this cop other than that he is a cop that won't leave him alone to his flowers.
