Yes, it can be. There are some disease which are asymptomatic, with transmission via month, example herpes and JC. Not to mention that if she had oral sex and then kissed her kid or if she has cavities or gum diseases, big NO. There are more than 80 milions of bacteria in the mouth of a human. You will find bacteria of all kinds in the mouth. Giving kisses recklessly to kids is a big no. It is one thing to kiss a lover and another thing to give bacterias to young children. Adults are already developed and ready to face the world, kids are still in their growth time. No need to take risks with a child.

First thing if you kiss your kid after you've given oral sex is weird af, idk who do that but they're weird for that and second thing if anyone has such illness ofc they're not going to kiss their child, like they know of they have any herpes or any cavities. The problem is for many it does not become a little innocent kiss. No adult should kiss a kid on the lips. Ever ever. Besides hygene, it creates a perfect cover for pedophiles that can hide by pretending to be the kid s parent. The weirdness that parents kiss their child on the lips is better to remain.
