Just do what I do. Read other manga and check on this one every 3 months. I use to check for updates everyday, but I've adapted.
Emerald magazine, which is what Junjou Romantica and SiH publish in, is only released in Japan 3 times a year. The next chapter will release in Japan this month. But then it will take time to get raws, clean and translate them, typeset and proof, and then release.
