If you don't have a hot water pack you can fill up a water bottle (1L Coca Cola bottle or something) with hot water and use that. Just in any way put something hot around the area where the uterus would be. If it's too hot then cover it with a small towel. You can also just wet a towel so that it is damp and then put it in the microwave to warm. He......   2 reply
