Hmmm, most probably even if the aunt gets sued, they'd probably prefer to deal with things privately. Bc people will know abt Yiyun's child and pry deeper into the topic until his relationship w/ Jinyao gets involved. Considering Yi Yun's career and also to protect Rourou, i bet they will keep the matter only with the involved families. So until then, I think Rourou's identity will remain a secret until the right time comes for them to announce the true heir of Feng family. Also, rather than announcing and making his relationship w/ Jinyao public, i have a feeling that they will choose to keep their relationship private they are put in a situation that will give them the choice to make it public..
