Read chapter 4 for some context (it's a prequel)
Basically Gorou (black hair) is so scared of being alone that he became an attention whore bully and now that he's become isolated the only comfort he gets is the attention crazy psycho-boy (brown hair) gives him. Now psycho-boy is very messed up and he gets off of "breaking" bullies, which is why he ruined Gorou's life, but the fact that Gorou hugs him during sex gives him the impression that he's being accepted despite being a crazy psycho.
Long things short, they both love eachother in a very effed up way but aren't capable of sincerely expressing that although, at the end, psycho-boy does admit he doesn't want to be hated by Gorou and we see that the feeling is mutual because Gorou did keep the cactus picture he gave him.
Voilà.

In the genre of the manga it puts "Mature" , this means there is hentai (hetero sex) between the protagonists or someone else?
Mature doesn't have to mean sex/hentai i have many mangas with the gerne Mature but there were no sex.
And to answer your question, we didn't get to see real sex yet. ; )
Mature can mean various things, but here I think it is because there is a lot of prostitute, and pretty harsh scene but no, no real sex scene yet... Also cause it's pretty a violent manga maybe ...

Nao made up an abbrevation "Yasashiku Tenei ni Yukkuri" = YTY
Which means Gentle Careful Slowly (so in english it's like he was saying GCS abbrevation for Gently Careful Slowly)

I'm with you on the "perra" part. For me it's different connotation when you say it in spanish. If it's in english it seems kinda sassy? especially if you're with friends and call them that I think it's understood it was said jokingly. But if you're speaking in spanish that's a big no no unless fists are flying.
