There's this episode of criminal minds that show a psychopath that Falls in love with his first victim. He's also a serial killer but doesn't kill her because he claims he loves her even though a psychopath is incapable of love. Later on the audience finds out that he didn't really love her he only thought of her as a substitute for his mom. And that's what I think is going on with sangwoo in regards to bum. A lot of ppl truly think sangwoo is in love with bum. The author has been pretty true to how a serial killer is like and I think that's the idea she's trying to get across.

I don't know why they don't accept them anymore, but my card is a VISA debit card and still I managed to buy coins, maybe only some cards are banned, so you should try it either way.

If you want to use a debit card, then you have to use the PayPal option, even if you don't have a PayPal account. I bought my coins two days ago, and that's what it said to do when you read below the payment options. It's supposed to be more secure. You do NOT have to sign up for PayPal though.
