Definitely advise you to build your lists here https://www.mangaupdates.com/ It's made specifically for listing manga/manhwa/manhua, has an extensive amount of entries in it's database that are usually up-to-date thanks to both active mods and members, AND it even has doujinshi of anime/manga that aren't listed on other list sites like MyAnimeList, AniList and Kitsu!!! It's very useful, and if you just copy-paste the names of the stuff you've read into the lists, it shouldn't take you over an hour to do ^^

1. T4pas has mature versions but you have to suscribe on www not app, after that you can read mature v on app but you pay for chapters
You can say that you can download mangas in here, maybe not here though in a literal sense, I mean you can just go to that specific chapter you're in and on your browser there's this download icon, and if u click it, change title name if u wish or whatever, you can go to your downloads and see the chapters downloaded.
