OHH ABSOLUTELY "rainbow city" (novel) manhwa works too but its slow burn and havent developed that much yet and also the novel does a better job at actually expressing the character's emotions. The ML at first will seem like your average fboy but its all an act and if you read it closely you can genuinely understand how well written he was and the mc as well. He'll devote himself to the mc but at the same time he does his own thing, has his own thoughts and cares about the people around him as well though he doesn't show it, nor does it tell you straight up. (but when you a die hard Major Kwak (the seme) defender like me, you'll really understand everything he does). The side characters also have their own stories, the main leads as well and it all connects back to the lore so so so well, I can't recommend it highly enough. Only thing is he does try to put his shlong in the mc's mouth while he's sleeping in chap 3 of the manhwa, chap 2 of the novel translated and chap 1 of the novel raw on booktoki, but that's about it and you can even skip it if you want. Other than that, I will defend this man to my dying breath.
