I think the one who betrayed (or rather, broke up) would be Jiwook, but not out of hatred, though. He would eventually believe that they were not meant for each other, or thought that their relationship was not healthy, in a way that Seungeon would always end up hurting them both.
So JW would try to break up with SE... And who knows, after being dumped by JW, how SE might have felt? Hurt, that eventually lead to hatred? And trying to get back at JW... we can only guess... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
