Most of you who didn’t recognized the swirl symbol, please search it, be mindful of vigilant. The author is sneaky. She implemented the symbol right when he switched into the child version while still penetrating the uke. It’s not depicting confusion. The symbol means “little boy lover”. Someone mentioned it in a group discussion of this manhwa. If y’all wanA still go ahead and read this, fine it’s up to you but I’m out. I’ve noticed pedo undertone in most bl contents lately. Most of authors are sneakily illustrating a minor and portraying them as adults. Seems like they are trying to attract a certain fanbase….Disgusting

Matthias’, many don’t understand the character from a psychological standpoint and the fact he is a very complex character. When I say a lot of readers lacks comprehension of the story, I’m not trying to insult anyone or be condescending(some accused me of being condescending). I’ve read the novel and I had my cousin who’s a specialist in this field read the novel also and explained things I didn’t understand when I first read the novel. My perspectives of Matthias changed. Matthias a perfect and poised duke without any flaws and Leyla a woman who has entered his life and altering everything physically and emotionally. She has the power to disentangle his perfect upbringing. He is conflicted because of her. For the record, during Layla dialogues, she never accused Matthias of SA or gRape. Her emotional response to his advancement in the novel was extremely complicated and disorganized in the beginning. She couldn’t describe and neither did she accept his advancement, but she never apply gRape or SA, neither did the Author. As we read along in the novel, we are able to notice some changes in Leyla but imma have to stop here. This is just my response up to the current chapter. I don’t want to spoil the entire novel. I love this novel and I will probably be back weekly to share my commentary.

Black and Brown people rarely have a presence in manga and Manwha. Whenever they presented they are also portrayed as the villains in the worst stereotypical way. This trope needs to be revised. Black people can also be the protagonists or love interest, not gRapists or criminals. Not trying to start a race war here, I’m mixed myself (Asian+African). Just the stereotypical portrayal of black people in Asian entertainment bothers me.

Haven’t read this for a while. Returned and noticed the uke has shrunk to almost minor size, even in the new cover. He looks like a teenage now in the recent chapters and a child in the cover. Am contemplating if I should continue reading or not. This is my opinion and if you don’t like it, continue scrolling.

If you have not read the official translated novel, stop spreading misinformation about the novel. Majority of you have not read the novel and just come here to regurgitate what some who never read the novel commented on social platforms. It’s embarrassing to you and devastating to the author’s work. Do better.
For Example,
Someone mentioned on one of my previous posts that Matthias got Leyla into premature labour and try to kill the baby. Then she had the baby…. Hahahahaha like seriously smdh
Ya’ll gotta factor in the settings of the story. Not the same as our society today. Also the definition of most words has changed since its original meaning. Matthias actions wasn’t considered what we view it to be today. As we can notice that from Leyla, she didn’t considered Matthias actions as abuse or gRape. Leyla’s main concern when you read the novel and comprehend , is that Matthias is engaged and about to marry but he wants her and also their differences in status. Leyla also wanted to be his main girl in his life hence when she begged him to love her only forever. It’s actually confirmed after her conversation with Riette when he told her Matthias isn’t tied up with Claudine no more. Leyla was finally willing to accept Matthias. Hope I made myself clear.
Riette
I know…. He became my favourite after reading
