Yes. This is all flashbacks. It started on that chapter where Jian Yi wants to go to the same university as Zhan Xixi. (Jian Yi is still in high school because he stopped when he was taken away) So we dont really know what happened to Guan Shan and He Tian.
They weren't created at the time so what happens to He Tian & Mo is a mystery for now. But there was a bathtub pic with the caption "wait for them to grow up" so we'll probably get to see what they're up to as well. their actual present where jian yi came back to xixi after 2 or 3 years missing after being kidnapped on the second day of their highschool and xixi already in university living by himself (chapter 1-50)
